EM @ KING.NETYes, as long as you have the Unity 5 version of RAIN (available from the asset store and our own site).
The current version from the asset store is RAIN Version: 2.1.10.0 (Feb 23, 2022).

EM @ KING.NETRAIN for Unity 5 doesn’t appear separately in the Asset Store web portal. If you are running Unity 5 and download/import from within the editor, it will automatically grab the correct version.
