RAIN Updater issues (must read)

If you are using Unity 4.5.3 (or higher) with RAIN 2.0.11 through 2.1.2 OR
If you are running any version of RAIN less that 2.1.3 and Check for Updates says that no updates are available:
you must manually upgrade RAIN by downloading the unity package from our website and manually importing it into your project.

A change to network certificate caching in the Unity Editor has caused an issue upgrading from earlier versions of RAIN. We’ve fixed the problem starting with the 2.1.3 release now available, but you must manually download and install the package to get the upgrade.
