Rotation speed in MecanimMotor is snapping« Back to Previous Page

When using the MecanimMotor for patrolling, the value it passes to the Rotation Speed parameter snaps from 0 to the default speed causing jitter when the character turns. Is there anyway to lerp this value? The teddy test project has lerping rotation speed but that seems to be with a different version. Im using the latest RAIN package.
