How can I copy my rain files to another unity project - Rival{Theory}

I am having a big problem,I created a project not using rain. My player Character can do the basic move with a melee attack.
I also created another project using RAIN with a working AI, I need to copy my AI from RAIN project to my other project without having to rewrite RAIN AI.
