Welcome to the RAIN Wiki

RAIN is an artificial intelligence system that helps Unity developers, designers, and artists add intelligent interactive characters to their games. This wiki covers the basics of how to use RAIN with Unity, and explores each RAIN component in detail.

Using this Wiki

You can move about the Wiki by using the sidebar to the left. You can also follow any links you may see within the articles to get more information. At any point in time you can go back through the most recent pages you have visited by clicking on the links above in the Trace.

While using any RAIN component in Unity, as well as any behavior tree node, you can click on the located at at the upper right of the inspector. This will take you directly to the wiki page for that component.

At any point if you notice problems, missing data, or if the page is just wrong, please click the feedback link at the end of every page in the wiki and send us a quick note.

RAIN is a free engine and tool set created by Rival Theory for adding artificial intelligence to games and simulations built in Unity. It combines all aspects of developing AI in games and interactive media into a seamless design experience.
